Bruce Nauman: Make Me Think Me

Bruce Make Me Think Me features a collection of critical appraisals of the artist by leading writers. It focuses on one aspect of his his preoccupation with the human condition. More than 60 works from 1966 to 2005 are illustrated and discussed, including sculpture, neons, video, performance, installation, and drawing.

Nauman’s fascination with and manipulation of language are examined, as well as his use of the body, be it his own, the viewer’s, or that of the animal and human head casts he has made since the late 1980s.
