Obsesión

When her gigolo boyfriend, Jeff Leach, persuades her that he has died in an accident in order to pursue his relationship with the wealthy Fiona, Minty, a beautiful but unstable young girl, becomes obsessed with his ghost, an obsession that has unexpected repercussions when she uses a knife to defend herself from a supposed ghost, killing Jeff in the process.
