Laurie Saunders is afraid…

In only a few days she’s seen her classmates change from normal teenagers into chanting, saluting fanatics, caught up in a new organization called ‘The Wave’. The Wave is sweeping through the entire school – and it’s out of control.

What can Laurie do? Her friends scoff at her warning, and even her boyfriend, David, has turned his back on her.
